Christian Fagan

Christian was born and raised in Charleston, SC, residing in nearly every zip code Charleston has to offer. As a third-generation Charlestonian, Christian is well-versed in the local real estate market and understands the many benefits of life in Charleston. Before finding his passion in real estate, Christian studied at the University of South Carolina.

From there, he found his way to the Mediterranean, where he spent two years working aboard luxury superyachts. Christian returned to Charleston in 2017, shifting focus to work in residential home remodeling where he helped clients realize their property’s true potential. Christian leverages his prior experience to provide his clients with professional and detail-oriented services, especially as they relate to residential construction and market insight.
