Val has been in the real estate business since 2014. She previously worked for a semi-custom builder in Summerville, then transitioned to the world of general brokerage. She is very familiar with how the new construction process works and would be happy to provide free representation to guide you through the process.

“I carefully chose this career in real estate because it combines two of my favorite things: Charleston, and running my own business.

Since first visiting family in Summerville in 2001, it was my dream to make Charleston my home, and I finally made it happen in 2011. I absolutely love this city and the surrounding area. If one’s passion can simply be where one lives, then that is mine.

I have an entrepreneurial spirit. I’ve been working since I was 14 years old (by choice). I remember my father saying to me “You have your whole life to work, Valerie.” Well, I beat the system, Dad! I now run a business I love and hardly consider it work.
